When we are 'away' or on 'holiday', we often leave the store 'open' to purchase parts and the next shipping dates are clearly stated on the top of the home page. ONLY purchase if you are happy with the time delay in shipping whilst we are away. Thank you!
All Parts now have a 21 day return policy. This should give you ample time to inspect, install and test all parts purchased. Any item that you wish to return after this time period 'may be considered' for return, once you have contacted us with the details. In the case of an electrical or mechanical part failure after this time period, tests will have to be carried out to determine the cause of the failure and who is responsible, before any refund or replacement will be issued.
In order to bring you these discounted prices (HPI 'stock' parts only - not aftermarket markets), we source our parts in a variety of ways. These include buying in bulk, buying 'ex' or 'over' stock and buying 'ex' display models to name a few. For this reason, we can't guarantee that every part will be in the original manufacturers packaging. All items are brand new unless otherwise stated though, regardless of whether they are in a sealed packet or have been removed from a brand new buggy. Nearly always, a kit assembly, e.g.- a 'diff set' or 'shock set' for example, will arrive 'pre sealed' in the original Hpi bag as you would find in a Baja5b SS self build kit. *All aftermarket parts are purchased through the Manufacturers 'official' distributors, as indicated on their individual websites, or direct through the manufacturer themselves. This means they will be packaged as each manufacturer intended them to be packaged.
We require you to acknowledge and accept the above prior to making a purchase. You are still entitled to a full refund, -including your postal costs, if you receive faulty, or damaged parts.
We guarantee, that any part sold as an HPI part is a genuine HPI part, regardless of the packaging it may arrive in.
DAMAGED/ MISSING OR FAULTY PARTS
Please be aware, that whilst we are all aware of the 'faulty goods act' in the UK, - The scaled RC hobby works slightly differently due to the niche market place. As most of the manufacturers are USA based (and we always try to purchase from the top manufacturers only that offer excellent customer service), it is at the 'request' of most manufacturers, that all faulty parts are dealt with by them only. If the manufacturer then asks us to send a replacement part out, then we will do so, but normally a manufacturer, will deal with each case individually and 90% of the time, they will then send out the required part directly to you. If this worries you, or you do not accept this as a part of this 'niche' market, then we strongly recommend you purchase elsewhere. We will always try to help of course, but we do ask you respect that this is how this hobby works here in the UK...
